StomperNet Order and Shipping FAQs…

Most STSE2 orders should have arrived by now. But for those few people who have not received their free copy of Stomping The Search Engines 2 (STSE2) and The Net Effect, I’m making an FAQ so you know what to do if you have order or shipping problems.

What is the shipping time for STSE2 ?

  • The shipping time for my StomperNet DVD’s was around 1 week: the average time it takes for shipping from the USA to Europe.
  • If you live in the USA, your order should arrive within 2-5 days at MOST.
  • Update (Sept 29, 2008): All orders through 9/16 (the day we closed the Shock and Awe
    bonuses) have been shipped.

When will I get my order?

Because of the HUGE volume of sales (we’ve sold over 17,000 copies in just a few days!), the shipping department has had a bit of a delay. Rest asure that everyone will get their order. This is NOT a scam! Our whole reputation stands on the line and we’re NOT going to disappoint you!

We’re happy to announce that as of September 26th 2008, ALL orders made on or before September 16th (the day we closed the Shock and Awe bonuses), have been shipped have been shipped. We’re working around the clock to get the rest of the orders to you as well.

Will I have time to review the product before the refund time is over, even if it’s shipped late?

Fortunately, yes. The 30 day refund period is from the date the order is SHIPPED, not the date that the order was made. We are sending an email to every customer whose order had been shipped telling them the date their order was shipped, and when to expect to be billed.

How can I cancel my StomperNet subscription?

The LAST thing we want is for people to think this is a scam because we’ve made it too hard to cancel. If, despite all the easy-to-use tips within your The Net Effect journal, you really think this product is not for you, then you can cancel StomperNet’s The Net Effect subscription at: www.CancelNetEffect.com

Here you can see all your orders and cancel the subscriptions. Other orders like the Home Study Course, or the Mini-courses and the Mini-course Mega-Pack can also be cancelled, but you will need an RMA from the site above and return these products. Once your order is returned, the credit will be issued.

Can I contact StomperNet by phone?

Yes! StomperNet’s phone number for issues concerning Stomping The Search Engines 2 and The Net Effect is: (404) 348-4401. However, the best way to reach StomperNet about your order is by e-mail: stse2support-AT-stompernet.com. We have a big Customer Advocacy staff – they’re working round the clock to resolve everone’s issues, and they will ALL be taken care of.

    My wife ordered STSE 2 + DVD and also Mini-Courses:Mega-Pack. Early on we had a question about our order and we attempted to get in touch with your company for an answer. We called the number you gave in your advertising as a phone number the customer could easily address any concerns with the order. We also sent many emails over the course of the 3 weeks we first placed the order. Other then autoresponder emails we have not received one single response. The phone number does not have a person answer. Sometimes the phone recording simply says,” there is no one to answer the phone, goodbye”. Other times it has a recording of David telling us how great everything is and gives us some choices of dept. we want we can press some number on our phone. Then depending on which one you push it either says email support or it says to leave a message please press another number and then when you do that another recording says the mailbox is full.
    I see many post where your company is trying to get people to believe your company and this recent promotion is not a scam. But you don`t need to keep telling us how great you are, you need to show us by responding to our emails.
    I can`t believe that a company with your rep is so foolishly and arrogantly setting up your phone number and email address`s to ignore all incoming calls. To make a point to say in your advertising that you have phone numbers and emails that a customer can use to easily resolve a problem and then to have those things set up to deliberately block the customer from being able to get anyone to respond to them is down right SHAMEFUL!!!
    As you can clearly see, after 3 weeks of wasting my valuable time I am angry.
    You said in the post above all orders have been sent. I am writing this on Sept. 26, 2008 and to date we have not received an email confirming that our order has been mailed. We received emails when we first ordered saying the order was received and that we would get another email when they were mailed. We have not received any email and we have not received our product.
    Also there is the issue of the subscription to The Net Effect and monthly DVD. We were suppose to receive the order and have time to look it over to see if we wanted to continue our subscription or cancel before the next issue came out. But who knows when the next issue is scheduled to come out and mean while we have not received our initial order. Also when you go to the cancellation page it asked for a password. We never received a pass word so how can we cancel our prescription if we choose. I don`t know if it comes with the order or if the password I used to access this page is it. If it is, I didn`t know this pass word until I came across this post in my own searching.
    In any case this has been one the most frustrating experiences. My wife asked me if I had heard of you and of course being from Atlanta I had. I told her that your company had a great reputation; only very expensive. So I told her this was a great opportunity for us both since we are both about to start an online business.
    My wife is Japanese and in Japan it is very unusual for a company to fail to provide high quality customer service. When you put us through this you not only have tarnished your own reputation but you tarnished mine because my wife trusted my opinion of you.
    YOU NEED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!!!!

    ALL of these have failed. This is not instilling confidence. I purchased over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for the order.

    I was emailing you to ask when I might receive it. Obviously in this situation, getting all possible email addresses coming back with “failed” messages is not a good image.

    Could you please update me.

    NO PHONE SUPPORT OFFERED. More than 1 month since I placed my order and all I get are auto-reply emails saying that you’ll get back to me. YOU NEVER DO. What gives?

  4. Ordered over a month ago.

    I did get a notification after submitting STSE2support e-mails a few times that a UPS tracking number was issued, but it appears to be a bogus number – claiming it had already shipped. That was 3 weeks ago and no further responses to e-mails or phone messages – in fact the automated phone directory frequently drops my calls (~90% of the time).

    This is my first purchase from StomperNet and not impressed. They appear to be good at making compelling videos, but that’s about it. So, either this ‘very successful’ offer was a scam, or the information overload has frozen the entire company into a state of incompetence.

    Glad I didn’t spend much.

    Either way — I guess this will become the next Hollywood video of “What NOT to do in a product launch.”

  5. I’m really sorry that you did not yet receive your products. But read on, I have good news.

    I do have to make something clear. StomperNetDVD.com is an affiliate of StomperNet, so StomperNetDVD does not actually send out the DVD’s nor the monthly journal. That’s StomperNet’s job.

    That being said, I just got contacted by StomperNet about the shipping issues. Some (international) shipments seem to have been lost. But don’t worry, StomperNet has decided today that they will be sending a new order to those who still have not received their order. StomperNet is shipping the lost orders again on Monday October 13th 2008.
